Following this, we'll provide a detailed proposal and, once approved, schedule a tasting if desired. A deposit will be required to finalize the booking.

How far in advance should I book catering for an event?

We recommend booking catering services at least three months in advance for large events and at least one month in advance for smaller gatherings. This timeframe gives us ample opportunity to plan and prepare for your event, ensuring every detail is perfect.

Can Irvine Catering accommodate last-minute changes to the menu or guest count?

We understand that event plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Menu changes can typically be accommodated up to two weeks before the event, and adjustments to the guest count can be made up to one week in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes.
